Welcome from the TUI UK grads 2010!

Welcome to our new blog!

As the 2010 intake for TUI UK&I Graduate Leadership programme, we have now been in the business for 10 months and had some great experiences.

We joined TUI UK&Ireland in October as part of the Graduate Leadership Programme, a unique 12-18 month scheme which sees us take on assignments within all areas of the UK&Ireland business. So far, graduates have completed assignments supporting projects on airline simplification, e-commerce, product development and trading just to name a few.

In September we will each embark on a 6 week overseas placement, living and working with our overseas resort teams in locations including Crete, Rhodes, Ibiza, Tenerife, Mallorca and Portugal. I think its fair to say we are all pretty excited!

We will use this blog to help you get to know us, and to keep you up to date with our latest challenges and achievements on the graduate scheme, we will also aim to post plenty of photos to show you exactly what we get up to.

Click on the “About Us” tab to find out more about each of the graduates.

Please leave a comment and let us know what you think, or any questions you have.

  2. Hi all,

Really looking forward to hearing how those of you working on the Sustainability Customer Communications project get on doing research into your great ideas whilst you’re overseas.

The last CSQ report showed great results – in July 44% of our customers are rating us as ‘excellent’ on our approach to the environment and community. Not far to go to reach our Holidays Forever target of 50% by 2014!

    1. Terrific news – Ana I have now included the holidays forever logo within my signature block to assist in raising awareness of the brand however if there are other actions we can take to assist in raising awareness of Sustainable Development, willing to explore!
